Arctic LNG 2 implements the principles of sustainable development by providing advanced training for its personnel and incorporating Company's commitments into its policies and procedures pertaining to workforce development and engagement and creation of a safe work environment. One of the Company's goals is to make sure that the occupational health requirements also apply to contractors working on the Project.
All of the employees working on the Project (both from the Company and contractors) have equal access to the Grievance mechanism for filing queries and complaints.
