DUTIES:
• Manage junior shift workers during normal operation, start-up, shutdown of equipment and in emergencies;
• Training and teaching junior shift workers;
• Developing process guidelines and procedures for commissioning, operation and preparation for scheduled maintenance that are required to start-up the facilities;
• Conducting start-up and shutdown of dynamic equipment (pumps, compressors, turbo compressors, and gas turbines), auxiliary equipment, pursuant to operation manuals and process guidelines;
• Participating in commissioning and testing prior to the start-up;
• Controlling safe operation of process equipment and pipelines entrusted to you in line with process regulations;
• Following up the work of your team, compliance with process regulations, with operational guidelines and rules.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Hands-on experience in oil and gas industry;
• Good grasp of the process (both in gas treatment, and liquefaction), of design a and principles behind the equipment and cryogenic media that are used;
• Good grasp of the technical requirements to the feedstock, materials, finished product, of the standards and specifications, consumption rates for feedstock and materials, etc.
• Background knowledge of automated control and management systems for the process;
• Well-versed in:
- requirements which are used to assess the quality of finished product;
- principles of storing feedstock, semi-finished goods and finished goods;
- engineering documents.
