Duties:
Administering applied information systems of company, installation of updates and patches;
Administering information system server environment (mainly Windows Server);
Administering database management system (MSSQL, Oracle);
Setup of system triggers monitoring and information system behavior (monitoring setup, log analysis). Search and elimination of bottlenecks in services operation. Resolution of incidents related to services operation;
Data backup planning and information system recovery;
Development and update of information system operating documents;
Participating in task force for information system implementation;
Exercising control over contractors' activities related to information systems;
Consulting users on information system work processes.
Requirements:
Higher technical or economical education (IT, automatic control, applied information science);
At least 3 years of practical experience in providing support for applied information systems;
Experience in project teams involved in the information systems implementation;
Understanding the principles of constructing information systems and interfaces between systems;
Experience in supporting geographically distributed systems;
Windows Server 2012 and higher (AD DS, terminal services, file services, failure-proof clustering, etc.);
Database management system – Oracle, MS SQL;
Web servers – IIS, Apache, Tomcat, Oracle WebLogic;
Desirable: Geographically distributed configurations of 1C, Galaktika TOiR, Directum EDMS, Oracle Primavera, Osisoft PI System, AVEVA EDW, ArcGis Server;
Understanding LAN design principles at CCNA level;
Automatic maintenance of the information system (powershell, bat, python);
Experience in SAP HANA maintenance and *nix system administration as an advantage
